The building establishes a simple and orderly floor plan, where the minimum central lightwell is generated to concentrate the free area at the back of the lot. This floor plan and the off-center location of the escape stairway allow that, despite being a small building with only eight apartments, several typologies are generated designed for different users, including one and four bedroom apartments.

The setback is left free, integrating the street with the 4.5 meter high lobby. The choice of materials and the design of the façade seek not only for the building to be low-maintenance in the future, but also for it to have an abstract appearance that allows its different typologies to be clearly expressed.

Despite having mid-level parking, it was sought that the lobby is at street level, guaranteeing better accessibility by dispensing of elevators or forklifts.

El edificio plantea una planta de distribución sencilla y ordenada, donde se genera el mínimo pozo de luz central para concentrar el área libre en la parte posterior del lote. Esta planta y la ubicación descentrada de la escalera de escape permiten que, a pesar de ser un edificio pequeño de solo ocho departamentos, se generen varias tipologías pensadas en distintos usuarios, incluyendo departamentos de uno y cuatro dormitorios.

El retiro se deja libre, integrando la calle con el lobby de 4.5 metros de altura. La elección de los materiales y el diseño de la fachada buscan no solo que el edificio sea de bajo mantenimiento en el futuro, sino que tenga un aspecto abstracto que permita expresar claramente sus distintas tipologías.

A pesar de tener estacionamientos en medios niveles, se buscó que el lobby esté a nivel de calle, garantizando una mejor accesibilidad prescindiendo de elevadores o montacargas.
