Pacific Park

The design of Pacific Park started from the challenge of making the most out of its views of the waterfront. The duplex apartments made it possible to locate both the social areas and the rooms towards the façade. And this is, finally, the expression of the building: pieces that are assembled like “Tetris”.

On the other hand, the double height terraces take social activities towards a framed exterior and put them in relation to the expanse of the horizon. That is why the project's homes feel like houses in the air.

El diseño de Pacific Park partió del reto de aprovechar al máximo su frente al mar. Los departamentos en dúplex permitieron ubicar tanto las zonas sociales como las habitaciones hacia la fachada. Y esta es, finalmente, la expresión del edificio: piezas que se ensamblan a modo de “Tetris”.

Por otro lado, las terrazas a doble altura llevan las actividades sociales hacia un exterior enmarcado y las ponen en relación a la amplitud del horizonte. Es por ello que las viviendas del proyecto son como casas en el aire.
