The building is resolved in a compact and rational footprint, without renouncing to house a diversity of types under an order that allows them to coexist in harmony. The core is continuous at all levels of the project and is strategically located on the axis of symmetry, distributing the apartments in a balanced and brief way. All of them are in direct contact with the outside, either to the street or to the large rear setback, taking care of the privacy of the neighbors.

We recognize that changing regulatory and market conditions make it necessary to have a range of products that are attractive to various users and that at the same time can respond to their specific needs. All the apartments have spatial and distribution variants differentiated according to their position and height in the complex, in addition to having flexible social and / or private environments that are adaptable to the changes of their respective occupants over time.

The pedestrian entrance has been worked with special care. A large double-height void -at the opposite end of the vehicular entrance- marks the beginning of a transition from the street to the apartments. Initially, an outdoor but contained space ends in a large, naturally lit tree. The lobby is entered from the side facing the reception with a partial view of the lounge. The brick wall accompanies this double height sequence and leads to the distribution hall.

El edificio se resuelve en una huella compacta y racional, sin renunciar a albergar una diversidad de tipos bajo un orden que les permite convivir en armonía. El núcleo es continuo en todos los niveles del proyecto y se ubica estratégicamente en el eje de simetría, distribuyendo de manera equilibrada y breve a los departamentos. Todos ellos están en contacto directo con el exterior, ya sea a la calle o al gran retiro posterior, cuidando la privacidad de los vecinos.

Reconocemos que las condiciones cambiantes a nivel normativo y de mercado obligan a contar con una oferta de productos que resulten atractivos para diversos usuarios y que a la vez puedan responder a sus necesidades específicas. Todos los departamentos presentan variantes espaciales y de distribución diferenciadas según su posición y altura en el conjunto, además de contar con ambientes sociales y/o privados flexibles y adaptables a los cambios de sus respectivos ocupantes en el tiempo.

El ingreso peatonal se ha trabajado con especial atención. Un gran vacío de doble altura -al extremo opuesto del ingreso vehicular- marca el inicio de una transición desde la calle hacia los departamentos. Inicialmente, un espacio exterior pero contenido remata en un gran árbol iluminado naturalmente. Se ingresa al lobby de forma lateral enfrentando la recepción con un registro parcial del lounge. El muro de ladrillo acompaña esta secuencia de doble altura y conduce hacia el hall de distribución.
